The lightweight and strong aluminum handles are the perfect size and weight to permit overhead cutting and pruning above shoulder height. Shock absorbing bumpers near the top of the handle absorb the impact while making cuts, resulting in less fatigue and stress in the user's hands.

The cutting blade slides past the counterblade, creating a scissor action that greatly aids in the pruning of branches, as well as live wood. The blades produce powerful, yet smooth and clean cuts to branches up to 2" in diameter.
